Transferring the registered address to IRELAND
Certain jurisdictions allow for the legal transfer of a company to the Republic of Irleand, such as France, which permits the legal transfer of the registered address of a French legal entity to Ireland. Leyland has successfully completed this operation numerous times. We can handle the formalities on both sides of the channel.

Merging a Irish and a French Company
It is also perfectly legal to have a foreign company merged with or absorbed by an Irish company. In this case, the foreign company transfers its assets and liabilities to the American company, leading to the dissolution of the foreign entity. Leyland has also successfully carried out this type of operation several times between France and the Republic of Ireland.

How an Irish company can operate in Europe ?
An Irish company can legally operate in any European jurisdiction by registering a branch office. A branch office is a fully registered secondary establishment in the foreign country and possesses the same rights as a local company to engage in all types of business activities
For example, the main company may be located in Dublin, while the French branch can conduct activities in France and in all European countries.
